As part of our growth, we are establishing a dedicated team in Porto to deliver exceptional assistance to Italian‑speaking clients. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project that improves the quality of life for people living with diabetes.
Location: Porto, Portugal. This position is on‑site with relocation support that includes flight tickets and accommodation for candidates moving from abroad.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Italian‑speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to inquiries about diabetes care services, including scheduling, treatment details, and service follow‑up.
- Clearly explain processes, services, and procedures while ensuring client comfort and understanding.
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Record all interactions and maintain accurate client service documentation.
- Collaborate with the wider team to optimize workflows and enhance client experience.
- Stay up to date with developments in diabetes care and related service offerings.
Candidate Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
- Customer service experience is a plus, though not required — full training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a client‑focused approach.
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a busy on‑site environment.
- Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic digital literacy and familiarity with service‑oriented platforms.
- Must be based in Porto or willing to relocate. Candidates relocating internationally will receive flight tickets and accommodation — relocation package beyond this is not included.
