We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented individual to join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. Your responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone calls.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: Remote (Must be in Portugal or willing to relocate)

Relocation Support offered for international candidates:

Requirements:

• Italian C2 level
• English B2 level
