Italian Speaking Customer Experience Associate - Remote in Portugal

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Follow up on requests and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
- Residing in Portugal (remote work from any city except islands)
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
- Exceptional
- solving and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
