Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Online Travel Agency based in Lisbon. In this vibrant role, you will assist our Italian-speaking customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and provide exceptional
- booking support. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, addressing customer questions about travel services, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in Italian for a wide range of

• Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel services.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and modifications to existing reservations.
• Address customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain

  - date knowledge of travel policies, procedures, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently in a

• Familiarity with customer service software and reservation systems is a plus.
