Customer Service Italian Speaker (Remote in Portugal)

Location: Remote (within Portugal)

Start Date: 3 July 2025

Contract Type: CDD 6 months

Remote Work: Yes, within Portugal (relocation support available if
- 're moving from abroad)

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays). Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00. Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day.

Salary & Benefits

Bonus: 225 per 12 months

Relocation Support: Offered if moving to Portugal

Type of Employment: Full-time, remote inside Portugal

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
• Good level of English
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal
