Your Responsibilities ? :

• Outstanding customer support ? via phone and email in Italian– you’ll solve problems, answer questions, and create fantastic customer experiences.
• Building customer loyalty ? : You’ll advise potential customers and ensure their needs are met.
• Managing customer data ? : Collect and update information in the platform to provide
  - quality service.
• Efficient processing ⏱ of requests to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For ? :

• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and listening skills ?
• Problem-solving abilities ? : You quickly identify customer needs and provide solutions
