Key Responsibilities
- First-Line Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, including doctors, nurses, and hospital staff, regarding inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate technical problems related to hardware, software, and device operation, primarily over the phone, email, and chat.
- Information Management: Accurately document all customer interactions, technical details, and troubleshooting steps in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Escalation: Identify complex or critical issues and accurately escalation them to specialized technical teams when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Participate in continuous training to maintain a high level of expertise on the designated medical devices and related support processes.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies, regulatory requirements (including quality standards), and data protection guidelines relevant to the medical devices industry.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Fluency: Native or
- native proficiency in Italian (C2 level), both written and spoken. - English Proficiency: B2 level in English (required for internal communication, training, and documentation).
- Location Commitment: Commitment to working
- site in Porto, Portugal. - Availability: Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system as detailed below.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in a Customer Service, Technical Support, or Call Center environment. (Not mandatory, full training will be provided)
- Experience or interest in the Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Technology sectors.
- Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.
Work Schedule Details
This project operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and requires full flexibility from all team members:
- Shifts: Rotational shifts covering Monday to Sunday (24/7).
- Days Off: Two (2) rotational days off per week.
- Night Shift: The overall schedule includes occasional Night Shifts (22:00 to 07:00). Due to a small
- shift team, you may be required to cover this schedule periodically during the month. Candidates must be aware of and comfortable with this 24/7 rotation.
