Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Transcom
We’re CX fanatics, passionate about our clients and their customers. We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative for international airlines. This position is based in Porto, Portugal, with relocation support available.

Role details
Join us as an Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist! In this role, you will act as a bridge between passengers and travel solutions. Your objective is to manage and strengthen customer relationships, provide excellent service, and answer inquiries.
- Provide customer support via multiple channels (call, chat, email)
- Support our client customers with solutions and timely responses to inquiries
- Ideal for those who enjoy helping others and delivering excellent customer service
What we’re looking for
- Native or fluent in Italian (C1+)
- Advanced spoken and written English skills (C1+)
- Availability to work 5 days per week (weekends included)
- Ability to work in 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM)
- Empathy in written communication
- Analytical mindset to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Active listening and strong interpersonal skills
