Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing
Your Profile:Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you)Previous Contact with client or Customer Service experience (preferable)Excellent language skills in Italian and feel comfortable speaking and writing in English
