Are you an Italian speaker seeking an exciting opportunity abroad? We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level).
- Relocation to Portugal is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
