Job Description:

As an Italian-speaking Order Support Agent, you will manage and ensure the smooth processing and resolution of customer orders for a company. Responsibilities include monitoring order statuses, assessing and resolving
- related issues, and implementing support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to order statuses, deliveries, and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing.
• Resolve
  - related issues such as cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve order support operations.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic issues related to order processing systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a
  - paced environment.
