We're Hiring: Italian-Speaking Representative – Back Office

Are you an Italian speaker looking for a new career opportunity in Portugal?

Join our team and support lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB) in ensuring passenger rights compliance across Europe.

This is a
- office role (no direct contact with clients), where you'll handle and process cases with accuracy and professionalism.

What we offer:

Monthly gross salary: €1. 010, 00

Monthly performance bonus: up to €150, 00

2 extra salaries per year

Welcome Bonus: €2. 000, 00 (paid in 4 installments)

Meal allowance: up to €167/month

Accommodation in a shared apartment: €280/month (all bills included)

Flight reimbursement: up to €400 after 6 months

Private medical insurance from day one

Paid training (2 weeks)

Location: Work from office, anywhere in Portugal

Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (weekends off)

Your responsibilities:

Support Italian-speaking customers via email

Handle and process cases with lawyers, legal officers & NEB

Optimize workflows for a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

EU passport/ID or Portuguese "Manifestação de Interesse"

Secondary School Diploma + Clean Criminal Record

Italian C2 & English B2 (training in English)

Strong multitasking & communication skills
