Your Role

As a Customer & Technical Support Representative, you will:

• Provide customer care and technical assistance for medical devices, ensuring professional and empathetic support to patients across European markets.
• Troubleshoot and guide patients in using diabetes medical devices and accessories.
• Handle requests via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
• Manage orders, renewals, and documentation in line with company procedures.
• Use empathy, active listening, and
  - solving to support patients in sensitive situations.
• Follow safety and compliance standards with accuracy.

What We Offer

• Up to €300 gross performance bonus
• Meal allowance up to €167/month
• Shared accommodation: €280/month (all bills included, directly deducted from salary)
• Flight reimbursement up to €400 after 6 months

• Day Team: Mon–Sun, 07:00–22:00 (rotative)
• Night Team: Mon–Sun, 22:00–07:00 (rotative)

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma (or equivalent) + clean criminal record
• Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously
• Background in healthcare or technical support (a plus)
• Knowledge of diabetes/medical devices (a plus)
• Strong communication, organizational, and
  - solving skills
• Empathy, stress management, and active listening abilities
