We're Hiring: Italian-Speaking Representative – Lisbon

What you'll do:

• Support Italian-speaking customers via email
• Handle cases with lawyers, legal officers & NEB
• Deliver excellent customer experience and optimize workflows

What we offer:

• €1, 000 monthly gross salary + up to €100 performance bonus
• 2 extra salaries per year
• Meal allowance up to €167/month
• Shared accommodation (€280/month, all bills included)
• Flight reimbursement up to €400 after 6 months

Requirements:

• EU passport/ID or Portuguese "Manifestação de Interesse"
• Secondary School Diploma + clean criminal record
