About the Role

- management companies as a Senior Business Travel Consultant. Youll support Italian-speaking corporate clients with complex travel arrangements, ensuring smooth, efficient and
- quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight, hotel, rail and car bookings for corporate travellers
• Support clients via phone, chat and email with a focus on accuracy and empathy
• Manage complex itineraries and resolve booking issues quickly
• Advise clients on travel options and policies, ensuring compliance
• Use GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) for reservations
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to ensure
  - tier service delivery

Requirements

• Native-level Italian + fluent English (B2+)
• Minimum 5 years experience in corporate or business travel management
• 3+ years of GDS experience mandatory
• Excellent communication and
  - service skills
• Right to work in Portugal or EU citizenship
