We are looking for a Italian-speaking Content Moderator to join our client in beautiful Porto!Key Responsibilities:Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client
Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed Candidate Profile:Associate degree in related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred
Strong customer service orientation skills
Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Skilled in
- tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
