Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and travel services.
• Effectively resolve client issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Help clients navigate our online booking platform and address any technical questions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
