Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the voice of our company, directly linking with customers through various communication channels. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong
- solving abilities. You will work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to provide seamless customer experiences.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide exceptional support to clients through phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Fluent Italian language skills (C1 level).
• Advanced English language skills (B2 level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent

• Prior experience in customer support is an asset.
• Familiarity with omnichannel support and ability to work with multiple tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage escalation processes.
