About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and
- oriented Italian-speaking Technical Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon. You will assist customers with technical issues related to our products or services, ensuring quick resolution and a smooth user experience. This role offers both onsite and hybrid work flexibility, depending on your location and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues effectively and efficiently.
Guide users through

- step solutions and provide clear,
- friendly instructions.
Log all technical issues, interactions, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and follow up on more complex cases.
Stay up to date with product updates, troubleshooting procedures, and system changes.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and promote trust in our technical support service.
Requirements:
Fluent in Italian (native or
- native level) and proficient in English (spoken and written).
Prior experience in technical support, help desk, or IT customer service is preferred.
Strong
- solving abilities and a technical mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and general IT concepts.
Legal right to work in Portugal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e. g. , Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk).
Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of specific technologies relevant to your company’s products (e. g. , Vo
IP, Saa
S, Io
T).
Technical certifications (Comp
TIA, Cisco, etc. ) are a plus.
