Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products to improve user experience.
• Document all interactions and solutions in our support ticketing system for accurate tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and tackle complex technical challenges.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Actively contribute to improving customer service processes and strategies.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
