Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Technical Support Specialist in Lisbon. This role is pivotal in providing
- tier technical support to our Italian-speaking clients. As a key member of our support team, you will troubleshoot issues, guide customers through problem resolution, and enhance their overall experience with our products. Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, focusing on customer satisfaction
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products to improve user experience
- Document all interactions and solutions in our support ticketing system for accurate tracking
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and tackle complex technical challenges
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide informed support
- Actively contribute to improving customer service processes and strategies
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable
- Strong
- solving skills with a keen eye for detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer care
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software is beneficial
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes continuously
