We are looking for a talented and accomplished Italian Team Manager to supervise an assigned team, ensuring they meet or exceed client and corporate goals. The role involves coaching and motivating advisors by providing the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

As a Team Manager in this project, your daily responsibilities will include :
- Communicating effectively and regularly with the team, sharing operational and management information.
- Solving problems, making decisions, analyzing results, and ensuring project deadlines and requirements are met.
- Collaborating actively in the development of advisors' activities.
- Reviewing and monitoring work performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conducting formal monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
- Providing clear guidance to achieve key performance metrics.
- Communicating client issues promptly to the Operations Manager.
- Fostering a teamwork environment where advisors are committed, loyal, and proud of their work.
- Implementing and reviewing actions from Employee Satisfaction surveys.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, fair trading, and competition rules, and adhering to health, safety, and security responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have :
- Native or proficient level of Italian (mandatory).
- Proficient level of English (C1 or above).
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- At least 6 months of call center experience, preferably as a Team Manager or product specialist.
- Effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
- Availability to work
- site in Sete Rios. - Availability to work from 8 am to 8 pm (Lisbon Time), Monday to Sunday.

Education and experience :
