Your Job

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help customers after they buy home appliances. You’ll be their first point of contact for questions or issues.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions by phone and email
• Diagnose issues using helpful tools and 60
  -
  - step processes
• Use online resources, like You
  Tube tutorials, to support customers
• Give updates on orders and delivery
• Assist with small repairs or direct bigger issues to the right department
• Give product information and solve complaints in a friendly way
• Work with 3 support systems/software tools
• Cross-selling skills are a bonus!

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken
• English (B2)
• Great communication skills
• Interest in tech and home appliances
• Problem-solving mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Sales or
  - selling experience
