Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Base Salary: 1000 gross
Annual Base Salary (including 2 extra month salaries): 14, 000
Performance Bonus: 120/month (1, 440/year)
Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
Total Possible Gross Annual Income: 16, 148. 72 plus a performance bonus on top 1, 440/year
Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-20:00 (rotational shifts)
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 08:00-17:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
- Deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring all queries are resolved with
- quality service. - Monitor and follow up on customer issues until fully resolved, adhering to agreed deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer requests.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
Language Skills: Native Italian with excellent formal speech and strong writing skills; English proficiency at a B2 level.
Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and communication platforms.
