Tires IT is looking for an experienced Process Owner for Service Catalogue Management to join our dynamic IT Service Management (ITSM) team. This role involves working with diverse professionals to implement and improve ITSM processes in a global environment.

Main Tasks:

• Developing the process strategy and roadmap in coordination with the IT service management strategy;
• Creating and maintaining process documentation;
• Managing internal and external service providers, including budget planning;

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Engineering;
• Over 3 years of experience in developing, implementing, and controlling IT service management processes in a global environment;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Proficient in English (verbal and written);
• Ability to contribute to international teams and successfully complete international projects;
• Ability to promote IT service management topics and present project results, processes, and concepts appropriately for the target audience;
• Willingness to travel (up to 15%).
