YOUR ROLE
The ITSM Project Manager is responsible for leading initiatives focused on the implementation and enhancement of IT Service Management solutions, with a strong emphasis on the Service
Now platform. This role requires a balanced combination of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and follow industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead ITSM projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholders, fostering clear and effective communication.
- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Oversee integrations between Service
Now and other platforms (CRM, SMAX, Easy
Vista, BMC), ensuring compatibility and efficiency. - Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies and ensure proper execution of all project phases (planning, monitoring, control, reporting).
- Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) according to project needs.
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM and Asset Management processes (incidents, requests, changes, assets and IT operations).
- Experience with integration standards and technologies: JDBC, MID Server, REST, SOAP.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (Firewall, NAT, VPNs), operating systems and virtualization.
- Project Management & Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive leadership with the ability to anticipate risks and drive solutions.
- Proven experience in planning, monitoring and reporting on project progress.
