Lisbon — Java/Angular Architect Lisbon. We are looking for a Java/Angular Architect/ Team Leader. As a Architect/Team Leader, you will be responsible for all team projects and initiatives. The right person for this role is enthusiastic at supervising and leading a team of customer advisors with the objective to provide an excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for all team projects and initiatives as Architect/Team Leader.
• Supervise, monitor and develop a team of Customer Advisors.
• Closely monitor the SLA’s and KPI’s of the project.
• Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI’s project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes and develop strategies to improve results of the team.
• Drive the team for the best software development practices.
• Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving
  - level performance.
• Ability to work effectively in a
  - disciplined team.
• Capacity and enthusiasm for teamwork and customer orientation; Excellent communication and
  - solving skills; Knowledge of English (oral and written) is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering or similar;
• Good knowledge in Java, Spring Boot and Angular framework;
