Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:

As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for promoting scalable and sustainable architectural standards, designing robust integration solutions across applications and systems, and guiding development teams in adopting best practices in software engineering. You will also contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, implementing integrations with external entities, and recommending the most suitable tools and technologies to address technical challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree related to computer engineering, information technology management, or similar fields;
• Minimum of 3 years in software architecture or senior backend development;
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot and React (development and architecture);
• Experience with tools such as Jenkins, application servers (e. g. , Tomcat, JBoss), REST, SOAP, Docker and Kubernetes;
• Solid understanding of Linux in development and production environments;
• Advanced knowledge of build and deployment automation;
