Responsibilities:

• Define and design
  - based architectures
• Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring technical excellence
• Develop backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot
• Work with relational databases and ORM frameworks (JPA)
• Implement and maintain automated testing (unit, integration, etc. )
• Manage build processes with Maven or Gradle and version control with Git
• Deploy and orchestrate applications using Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Collaborate in Agile environments, contributing to ceremonies and sprint planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Sciences
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Architect
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience with Java
• Minimum 5 years with Spring Boot
• Minimum 5 years with relational databases
• Experience designing microservices architectures
• Strong experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Proficiency in JPA, Maven or Gradle, and Git
• Solid knowledge of automated testing practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React and Next. js
• Experience with Kafka or Rabbit
  MQ
• Experience in cloud development (preferably Azure)
• Dev
  Ops knowledge and experience
• Java certifications
• Cloud certifications
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Location : Lisbon or Porto once a week.
