Java Backend Developer + PIM (Product Information Management)

Ankix is hiring for the Java Backend Developer + PIM (Product Information Management) role. The position is for a client in the retail sector working with large‑scale product information management platforms.

Location: Practically remote, with occasional on‑site meetings as needed. The role is advertised as hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend solutions in Java.
• Work with PIM (Product Information Management) systems.
• Participate in service architecture and integration with other systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
• Ensure software quality through good practices and testing.
• Support junior colleagues and promote best practices.

Requisitos obrigatórios

• Strong experience with Java (recent versions are valued).
• Experience with PIM.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, Graph
  QL Federation, Git
  Hub, Azure Cloud, and integration of complex systems.
• Good communication, autonomy and problem‑solving skills.
