About The Role

Be part of a team responsible for providing application development and operations for mobile online services that allow VW Group customers to connect to their cars remotely, such as remote Vehicle Status, GPS history, etc. The goal of this service is to ensure efficient, qualified, and sustainable operation.

What You Will Do

• Work in an automotive context, applying Dev
  Ops principles to create, test, and deploy backend solutions and internal tools using AWS.
• Maintain infrastructure as code, overseeing platform engineering and supporting software development in our tools and processes.
• Develop, optimize, and automate to increase application efficiency and availability.
• Evaluate operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, requirements, and solution development.
• Operate and maintain continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, configure, maintain, and automate software and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with your team and other teams on backend and tool development in an automotive environment.

What You Will Bring

• Academic background in Information Technologies or relevant development experience.
• Knowledge of IT systems (networks, databases, application servers) and their integration.
• Proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS is a plus.
• Passion for technology,
  - solving, and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
