Responsibilities

• Develop cutting edge code in a microservice architecture based on Java Spring Boot;
• Work in our talented team of engineers to develop and ship new features;
• Optimize/refactor implementation for performance and/or to reduce technical debt;
• Play a key role in the development of best practices in software design, implementation, and coding;
• Engage with your scrum team in technical design discussions, estimations, and reviews;
• Support the CI/CD pipeline and ensure deployed software quality is maintained.

Qualifications

• University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar;
• At least 3 years of experience in practical software engineering;
• Proven technical excellence in Java and Spring Boot;
• Some experience in
  - hosted Dev
  Ops topics (CI/CD, k8s, terraform, helm, google cloud) and/or enthusiastic to learn;
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile
• Creativity, passion, persistence, and a
  - on mentality
• Work on challenging projects for big clients
