The Opportunity

Join e
Xalt-Fi's Financial Markets consulting division as a Java (with C#) Developer and contribute to
- critical systems powering the largest Eurozone bank's global FX business. You'll be part of a
- paced, multidisciplinary team in a
- office IT environment where innovation meets operational excellence. Work directly with traders, support teams, and fellow developers to maintain and evolve the Position/Trades booking platform used globally across major financial hubs—London, New York, Tokyo, and Singapore.

Core Responsibilities ?

• Develop and maintain the Position/Trades booking platform with rigorous standards for quality, security, and performance
• Lead technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews within an agile software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with production support teams to ensure seamless releases and component maintenance
• Provide L3 support and engage directly with traders and
  - line teams to resolve critical issues
• Participate actively in migration and refactoring initiatives to modernize platform infrastructure
• Mentor junior developers, fostering technical excellence and team collaboration across the multidisciplinary unit

What We're Looking For ✔

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in IT team leadership
• Mastery of Java core (SE,
  - threading,
  - latency optimization) with solid C# capabilities
• Proven expertise in electronic trading platforms or
  - load distributed architectures
• Strong agile methodology and SDLC knowledge with
  - on migration/refactoring experience
• Solid understanding of FX products with strong analytical and mathematical foundation
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
• Expert-level English proficiency for seamless collaboration

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Coherence or similar
  - performance technologies
• Background in
  - office IT environments and multidisciplinary development teams
• Ability to navigate multiple programming languages and balance development with operational support

Schedule: Full-time, 1-year mission

Work Model: Hybrid collaboration with flexibility for

Salary: €2, 600–€3, 000 net monthly (or €300–€350 B2B day rate), commensurate with experience and expertise.
