We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Coach – Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable web solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with a passion for mentoring and coaching development teams in best practices and modern architectures.

As a senior architect, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring
- quality code, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with
- functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs while promoting engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and
  - performance web applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Coach and mentor development teams on clean code, design patterns, and best practices
• Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical workshops
• Define and implement CI/CD pipelines and Dev
  Ops practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure data integrity and performance across SQL and No
  SQL databases
• Promote
  - driven development (TDD) and maintain high test coverage using JUnit
• Manage version control and branching strategies using Git

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Java Developer
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot development
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Experience with Dev
  Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in both SQL and No
  SQL database technologies
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for coaching and knowledge sharing

Nice to Have

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• French language skills (for collaboration with French-speaking teams)
