Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of a
- performance FX electronic trading platform. The ideal candidate is a
- driven professional with strong expertise in Java Core (Java SE), multithreading, concurrency, and system performance optimization. A solid understanding of JVM internals (Garbage Collection, Memory Model, JIT compilation,
- aware algorithms) is essential.

Experience in designing and refactoring highly loaded,
- latency applications is required. Knowledge of C# and. NET is considered a strong plus, as part of the platform is developed using these technologies.

This position involves
-
- end ownership — from requirement analysis and implementation to testing, release, and L3 production support.

Main Tasks:

• Develop and maintain the FX electronic trading platform ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in all stages of the agile software development lifecycle — from analysis, documentation, and coding to testing and reviews.
• Contribute to the evolution and refactoring of the existing platform to modern architectures.
• Collaborate closely with production support teams to manage releases and resolve production issues.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
• Strong expertise in Java SE, multithreading, and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of JVM internals and
  - latency system design.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms or
  - load
  - time systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with refactoring/migration projects.
• Knowledge of C#/. NET is a plus.
