✍ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✍

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years of
  - on Java development, including strong expertise in Spring Boot and modern Java versions.

• Solid knowledge of AWS, Microservices architecture, and software design patterns.

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Frontend experience with React. Js or Angular is a strong plus.

• Additional experience with Node. Js and Postgre
  SQL is advantageous.

• Good understanding of API security and data privacy best practices.

• Proficiency working in Agile/Scrum environments and contributing to Agile practices.

• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops, including CI/CD pipelines, Gitflow, Ia
  C, deployment patterns, and configuration management.

• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills with a proactive mindset.

• Fluent English required.

• Hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop
  - quality features by translating storyboards and use cases into functional applications.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

• Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

• Work closely with the Product Owner to align development with business needs and delivery timelines.

• Support early resolution of client issues and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to critical feature and architecture decisions.

• Identify and document technical debt and improvement areas.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing, onboarding, and communication.

• Troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.

• Follow Agile/Scrum processes throughout the development lifecycle.
