About The Job

The Java Developer’s mission is to contribute to the functional and
- related consistency of the IT solution and ensure service continuity and ongoing development. The Java Developer must perform activities within the framework of projects and/or application maintenance and development, seeking continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with Quality and Security guidelines and best practices.

Your Main Activities Are

• Work on the Synthetic Prime Brokerage lifecycle engine platform called Equity Swap System (ESS) and FX exposure management platform called FX Monitor (FXM).
• Develop and own key ESS / FXM components and the interface around these systems, including understanding requirements, analyzing workflows and data processing, designing, delivering, and documenting software solutions. Responsible for the development lifecycle, environment release, change management, and SL3 support.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Business Analysis, and Product Development teams to design optimal solutions for the Synthetic Prime Brokerage business.
• Proactively improve the development lifecycle of the application, working with peers from other Technology teams.
• Establish strong working relationships with the Application Production Support team to ensure regular releases in Staging and Production environments while maintaining platform stability.
• Extend and improve test automation processes.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Information Technology or similar.
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral.
• Knowledge in Java 11+, MS SQL / Oracle Database, Linux.
• Results-driven with strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Creativity, innovation, and
  - solving abilities.
