We are looking for a Java Developer!

? What will be your responsibilities?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of
- level applications. This role involves resolving defects, implementing new features, and ensuring
- quality code through rigorous code reviews. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating across
- functional teams and engaging in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance application features and resolve defects
• Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices
• Provide and evaluate technical solutions within the team, considering alternate approaches and system constraints
• Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, QA teams, and Production Support
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives
• Provide regular task updates to domain managers and escalate risks or issues promptly
• Coordinate and collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams during development cycles
• Support L3 Production issues and assist in
  - production environment maintenance for regression and functional testing
• Participate in
  - call support rotation, especially weekday evenings to cover New York hours, and occasional weekend release support
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical direction for the assigned applications

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java 8+
• Experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of RESTful Web Services
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or Sybase
• Familiarity with any
  - end technology
• Ability to write effective unit and integration tests

Desirable Technical Skills:

• Experience with Angular
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA/Query
  DSL
• Understanding of HTML/CSS, AJAX
• Previous experience working within an Agile methodology
