JAVA DEVELOPER SENIOR – SPRING (HYBRID PORTO)

Portuguese company hires for HYBRID work.

Location: Porto, Portugal — preferably candidates from the Porto region. Candidates must already live in Portugal.

Language requirements: English B2+ and fluent Portuguese.

Seniority: 6 to 10 years of experience.

Note: It is mandatory to be at the client office two days per week; this may increase to three days per week in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Angular 2+.
• Work with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure
  - quality deliverables.
• Apply best practices in software engineering, including testing, documentation, and clean coding standards.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and participate in system improvements.

Profile & Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java development.
• Proven experience with Angular 2+.
• Solid knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (Porto-based, with
  - site presence as required).
• Strong collaboration,
  - solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (B2+) and fluent Portuguese is mandatory.
