Mandatory skills requested for this position:

Essential:

• Troubleshoot production issues using Java;
  
  
• Provide support to the Java team;
  
  
• At least 3+ years of experience in similar position.
• Experienced in Application production run support.
• Autonomous, rigorous with a high personal commitment.
• Be curious and
  - taking searching for innovative solutions.
• Be critical and constructive on the solutions analysis.
• Be able to keep calm and managed stress situations, such as errors in production.
• Be able to manage and prioritize incidents.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels.
• Incident management around the Web front and associated APIs.
• WEB technology known (Java JEE, REST and SOAP WEB services, API, Angular, Responsive web application).
• Event streaming message technology:
  
  Kafka.
• Tools:
  
  Service Now, Jira Lanta, CMS, Oracle, SQL databases.
• French (Fluent).
