Your Mission

Your Role

Lead a team of developers

Maintenance and development of a system.

Design and implement new features and functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Must Have:

Academic Background: Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar.

Excellent soft skills;

Minimum of 6 years in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or technical lead role.

Experience with java development, mainly with Java EE specification modules:

JSF

EJB

JMS

Hibernate

Front
End development experience using Primefaces

Fluent in Portuguese

Nice to Have:

Methodologies: Minimum 3 years in Agile

Application Servers Knowledge, mainly Jboss EAP

Unit tests (Junit, Mockito)

SQL knowledge (Oracle 10)

Webservices knowledge, mainly SOAP
