ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Java Full
Stack Architect/Tech Lead, you’ll drive the design and development of scalable low/no-code solutions, enabling safe and efficient developer forking flows. You’ll lead a skilled team, provide technical direction, and collaborate across functions to turn complex business needs into high‑quality, maintainable systems. This role offers ownership, innovation, and the chance to shape impactful products in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the architecture and development of low/no-code solutions to support safe and isolated developer forking flows;
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;
- Ensure high‑quality code through design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to best practices;
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation;
- Champion innovation and technical excellence while balancing delivery timelines and business goals.
MUST HAVES
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in Java and Spring;
- 3+ years of leadership experience (Tech Lead, Architect, or similar);
- Experience with responsive web applications using Java
Script, Typescript, React
JS, or similar; - Strong knowledge of architectural principles, system design, and distributed systems;
- Experience in designing secure, multi‑tenant, and scalable Saa
S solutions; - Familiarity with microservices, event‑driven architectures, and domain‑driven design;
- Hands‑on experience with modern Dev
Ops practices (CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms); - Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders;
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fast‑paced environment with clear delivery goals;
- Upper‑Intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with low‑code / no‑code platforms or workflow automation tools;
- Knowledge of frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc. ) and UI/UX considerations.
