Job Opportunity – Java Full Stack/Data Engineer (Data Foundation Squad)

Join our client's dynamic Data Foundation squad, where they blend business insight with tech expertise to deliver
- quality, agile solutions. Their mission? To evolve and enhance the Data Fabric product, an essential pillar of their data strategy.

You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts to build and maintain scalable data solutions that empower our business lines.

What You’ll Do

Deep-dive into the Data Fabric product, its features, and use cases.

Contribute to both Build and Run activities, driving continuous improvement.

Analyse and challenge business needs, translating them into robust technical solutions. Design and implement data pipelines for ingestion, integration, and exposure.

Monitor production systems and performance KPIs, resolving issues proactively.

Collaborate with teams in Portugal and France to deliver impactful solutions.

Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the squad’s knowledge base.

Actively engage in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc. ).

Languages & Frameworks : Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, KSH, SQL (expert)

Architecture : Object-oriented programming, microservices, REST APIs

Dev

Data Engineering : Data pipelines, Airflow, Cloud Object Storage (S3-type)

Tech Environment : Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle/Exadata
