Stack Developer for its client, Siemens Mobility, a separately managed company of Siemens AG with 160 years of experience in transport solutions.

We are searching for a Mid-to-Senior Level Java Full
Stack Developer to join the Aveiro team.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in exciting products and projects that digitize mobility worldwide as a Fullstack Developer in Java.

Work in various
- organized teams (3-10 members) responsible for tasks ranging from individual microservices to complete software products. Tasks may include integrating
- scooter providers into backend services or implementing new features across UI and database.

Experience variety and fun in your work, with support for your personal growth. Switch between different products and activities or develop expertise in specific topics or technologies.

Collaborate with Siemens Software teams from Hacon, taking
-
- end responsibilities in requirements analysis, system design, development, integration, and deployment.

Design and develop modern software architectures using a tech stack including Java 21, Java
Script, Angular, Spring, Hibernate, Postgres
SQL, Grafana, Git, CI/CD, Kibana, Linux, Eclipse, Intelli
J, Maven, Jenkins, REST, Docker, Kubernetes, among others.

Develop solutions for our product portfolio, collaborating with other teams or external customers, taking responsibility from day one.

Occasional travel to Germany or other locations may be required.

Required Skills

University degree or equivalent experience in informatics, computer sciences, or similar.

At least 4 years of Java backend development experience, including OOP, Java frameworks (preferably Spring Boot), SQL, web services, events, and testing strategies.

At least 3 years of Angular frontend development experience.

Understanding of Bash, Linux basics, and proficiency with development tools like Eclipse, Intelli
J, Maven, Jenkins, Git.

Team player with a passion for quality and the ability to translate complex requirements into efficient, modular software.

Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud hosting (e. g. , AWS).

Experience with APIs, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgre
SQL, Elasticsearch is advantageous.

Familiarity with testing and QA tools and techniques, such as TDD.

Self-organized with good communication skills and proficiency in English; German is a plus.
