Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain robust backend services in Java.
2. Develop interactive user interfaces using modern Java
   Script frameworks.
3. Integrate Java applications with databases like Postgre
   SQL or Mongo
   DB.
4. Actively engage in Scrum events and contribute to agile processes.
5. Implement best practices for clean, testable, and efficient code.
6. Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.
7. Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Git for automation of build, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Java.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java
  Script (Angular, React, or Vue. js is a plus).
• Experience with SQL and No
  SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, Cloud Architecture, and Container Architecture.
• Knowledge of
  - driven design, event sourcing, reactive programming, automated testing, and security.
• Experience developing Java UI applications following best practices.
• Ability to analyze and improve application performance and resource utilization.
• Development Practices & Tools: Experience with version control, IDEs, and data dashboards.
• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops quality practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office twice per week.
