What You'll Do ?

• Design & develop robust,
  - latency multithreaded pricing engines for Spot and Forward FX trading
• Collaborate directly with traders, front office teams, and research groups in a
  - paced, globally distributed environment
• Enhance & modernize existing pricing systems, integrating cutting‑edge low‑latency architectures and technologies
• Optimize performance of
  - time trading connectivity and execution systems serving 100+ traders across 5 global hubs
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous technical excellence and knowledge sharing
• Drive innovation in front‑office systems supporting billions in daily transaction volume

What We're Looking For ✅

Required:

• Java development skills with proven hands‑on experience in multithreaded systems
• Professional background in FX/FWD trading systems OR high‑performance, low‑latency environments
• Computer Science degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in collaborative, trader‑facing roles
• Passion for performance and continuous technical improvement

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with C++ or C#
• Proven track record delivering front‑office systems in investment banking
• Knowledge of FX market microstructure and trading workflows
