WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related
   - products, focusing on enhancing usability, quality, and feature set.
2. Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines.
3. Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
4. Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes designed to increase engineer efficiency.

MUST HAVE

1. Proven experience of technical
   -
   - end product ownership and ability to meet deadlines.
2. 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React).
3. 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java).
4. High level of proficiency in Typescript.
5. Proficiency in contemporary frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
6. Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture.
7. Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

1. Experience building software in the cloud will be a plus.
2. AI assisted development experience, using tools like Windsurf, Cursor or similar.
