What You'll do:

1. Work with Java Backend development, using Java 8 or higher.

2. Develop and maintain applications following Microservices and Hexagonal architectures.

3. Work with RDBMS such as Oracle, Postgre
SQL, and SQL, using JPA and Hibernate.

4. Create and maintain applications using the Spring framework and Spring Boot.

5. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

6. Work in an agile environment using Scrum methodologies.

7. Assist and provide technical support to team members, especially junior ones, acting as a role model.

What You Are:

1. Experience with Java Backend development (5+ years for Senior, 8+ years for Lead).

2. Solid knowledge of Java 8 or higher.

3. Experience with Spring/Spring Boot.

4. Experience with relational databases (Oracle, Postgre
SQL, SQL).

5. Experience with JPA and Hibernate.

6. Knowledge of application architecture, especially Microservices and Hexagonal.

7. Experience with CI/CD processes.

8. Experience with onboarding new team members (Lead Developer).

9. Ability to provide technical support and act as a reference for the team (Lead Developer).

10. English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with Frontend development in Java
Script/Type
Script (Angular or other UI frameworks).

2. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.

3. Problem-solving skills and logical thinking.

4. Continuous learning and professional growth interest.

5. Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum.
