What Youll Do

• Design and develop robust Java backend solutions.
• Implement and maintain application architecture (microservices, hexagonal, etc. ).
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and pipelines.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams in Agile environments.
• For Lead profiles: act as a role model for the team.
• For Lead profiles: onboard and mentor junior team members.
• For Lead profiles: provide technical support and guidance to other developers.
• Hybrid work model.

What You Are

• At least one higher education degree.
• 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Lead) of experience with Java Backend development (Java>= 8).
• Strong theoretical knowledge of Java.
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
• Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, Postgre
  SQL, SQL).
• Experience with JPA and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of application architecture, including
  - based and hexagonal architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• For Lead profiles: must have been living in Portugal for at least 1. 5 years.
• Ideally, experience with Java Frontend (e. g. , Angular or any other UI framework).
• Ideally, experience with AWS or another cloud platform.
• Problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
• Passion for learning and continuous development.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with Scrum methodologies.
