Java Software Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Software Developer to join our Compliance, Investor Relations, and Communication Services product line. You will be responsible for software development activities across regulatory technology solutions for issuers and advisors. This role requires strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver

Responsibilities:
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to align with business requirements and delivery timelines.
- Prioritize and resolve client issues, ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the design of critical features.
- Identify, document, and manage technical debt and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing, onboarding, and communication.
- Diagnose bottlenecks and bugs, providing effective solutions.
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to drive efficient development processes.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of
- on experience in Java development, with strong expertise in Spring Boot and the latest editions of Java. - Strong knowledge of AWS, Microservices architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with frontend frameworks or Angular) is a strong plus.
- Experience with and Postgre
SQL is a plus. - Solid understanding of API security and data privacy best practices.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and commitment to Agile practices.
- Familiarity with Dev
Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Gitflow, Ia
C, deployment patterns, and configuration management. - Excellent
- solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach. - Fluency in English (written and spoken).
