What do we need from you?

Assist in building, designing, maintaining, and improving this system. Join us in creating a collaborative workspace, developing innovative practices, and enhancing the European job ads market!

What you will be doing:

• Writing
  - ready code emphasizing testability, readability, reusability, security, and error handling.
• Focusing on
  - documenting code and comprehensive documentation for team understanding.
• Reviewing peers’ code to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitoring application and service stability and performance.
• Maintaining good development practices and fostering collaboration.
• Engaging in troubleshooting and error recovery based on operational data.
• Prioritizing and scoping tasks within an agile framework.
• Collaborating proactively with team members to share knowledge and grow.
• Participating in
  - making and planning aligned with team goals.

What we are looking for:

• An agile mindset—willing to experiment, adapt, and improve.
• Ability to contribute to team growth, share expertise, give feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, DDD, BDD, TDD, and clean code principles.
• Good architectural skills, especially
  - services.
• Interest in mentoring junior engineers.
• Experience with large codebases and
  - functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
